OUR PROGRAM IS EXECUTED IN THREE PHASES:
PHASE ONE: EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT The program begins with gathering information and evaluating various areas of the client. This phase includes:

Phone and personal meetings with the client to better understand their history, current status, self-perception, peer-perception and aspirations.
2)
Gathering data and information about the client to gain a thorough understanding of the connection between their career progression and present situation.
3)
Evaluating current performance and the client’s goals and desires concerning future performance from their perspective and those responsible for leading and mentoring them.
4)
Continuously gathering feedback to monitor the client’s progress throughout the program.
PHASE TWO: ACTION PLAN Phase Two lasts from three to six months. During this phase, we focus on actual business situations where we look for more effective techniques and potential changes of perception in the following areas:

PHASE THREE: BLUEPRINT FOR THE FUTURE By the time the client has completed Phase Two, we are ready to create a blueprint for the future that will include specific ongoing developmental strategies.
