Corporate Sponsored Outplacement - The organization and not the individual funds this program. We have an outstanding list of satisfied clients throughout the country. The transition time for our clients is less than that of other firms.

We benefit not only our clients, but also the corporate sponsor because we give them the opportunity to:
  • Outsource the management of impacted employees to promote a positive image to the organization’s various constituencies.
  • Maintain morale and productivity among employees not affected by change.
  • Provide significant assistance to employees at a critical time in their lives and careers.
Executive Partnership Quest (EPQ) - Individual Sponsored Outplacement - A similar program to the above, but focused on individuals in three groups with the same emphasis on long-term career strategies and coaching. It is sponsored by the individual and priced accordingly. It is a limited version of our corporate program.

The three groups of focus include:
  • Individuals who have participated in traditional generic outplacement programs and have not transitioned.
  • Individuals who are not offered outplacement services and without a program like EPQ would face a difficult search.
  • Individuals who are actively employed and want to make a transition, usually to a higher level in the next organization, but do not have the expertise or time to do so.
The major benefits of these two programs (Corporate Sponsored and EPQ) are:
  • A focus on needed skills and techniques that will insure successful management of client’s career for a lifetime, rather than a single episode.
  • Total focus on healthcare. We are not a generalist organization. We know what is happening in healthcare now and what will be happening in the future.
  • An extensive national network in healthcare that we make available to our clients. Seventy percent of the jobs filled today are filled through the networking process. We have approximately four thousand senior level healthcare executives in our network.

Telebridge Meetings - These teleconferencing sessions occur once a month. It is a very effective way for individuals to expand their network quickly. Most participants are in transition or are considering a job change. The majority are senior level in some area of healthcare and are located throughout the United States.
