Peer Assistance Program PAP Wiederhold and Associates is pleased to offer an extension of our customized services designed to assist Executives both in transition and not. He can quickly relate to the issues of the majority of our clients and provide on the spot assistance and help move the client process forward or put him/her in contact with a specific member or members of our network that can enable you to achieve your goals/desires. How does this work? If a client has been searching for some time and needs to step back and reassess, we can serve as a conduit and provide questions, leads, and ideas to redirect and hopefully add new energy to the client’s efforts. In an actual instance, Jim learned of a new CEO’s challenges and put the client in touch with Dave. Dave contacted the CEO who is in his first experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting. His hospital is in crisis state and Dave offered emergency steps that he could possibly take to move the organization forward because of Dave’s turnaround management experience. He suggested some actions and will follow-up to learn of the outcome or additional steps. In another example, Dave has participated in transition consultations with CEOs looking for new opportunities and in one instance learned of a client who had a project that he asked for some assistance in writing some possible actions. This two page report enabled that Executive to put his best effort forward to a prospective client hospital. For more information, please contact Wiederhold & Associates.
Interim Work Wiederhold & Associates has over the years through its extensive network developed strong relationships with several interim organizations to assist our clients in their transitions. We have also helped clients finish out their careers doing interim work. We do not believe aligning ourselves with only one interim organization would benefit our clients because the market is not dominated by any one player.
