Individuals are assisted in creating strategies to navigate through specific situations and challenges. indi1INDIVIDUAL TRANSITION PROGRAM – EXECUTIVE PARTNERSHIP QUEST (EPQ) emphasizes long term career strategies and coaching. Competitive fees make it affordable and are paid for by individual clients. EPQ focuses on skills and techniques that will ensure successful management of your career for a lifetime. GO TO SERVICES

executive1EXECUTIVE COACHING is offered to individuals or to employers. Performance coaching in three phases deals with real world challenges and lead to successful resolutions. Coaching focuses on behavioral modification and enhancing key skills. GO TO SERVICES

seminar1CORPORATE SEMINARS are one-day meetings hosted by employers undergoing multiple layoffs to assist and support separating employees. GO TO SERVICES

network1NETWORK - Telebridge Meetings are teleconferences on a regularly scheduled basis discussing topics suggested by network members. Most participants are senior level healthcare executives in transition or considering change. This is a great opportunity to get leads and to network with peers. GO TO SERVICES

What are the costs of your services?

  • Corporate Sponsored Outplacement/Transition: Typically 10-12% of client’s most recent base income
  • Executive Partnership Quest (EPQ): $7,000.00 (half up front, half when client is gainfully employed)
  • Executive Coaching: Flat fee determined by client’s specific needs and time frame
  • Corporate Seminars: $1,000 to $1,500 per day, depending on length and number of participants
  • Network - Job Leads List: There is no fee if you are a member of the Active Network.
  • Active Network: No fee, only be willing to spend a little bit of time with other members! JOIN THE NETWORK
