EXECUTIVE COACHING

Successful leaders have exceptional skills in key areas. Our Executive Coaching program is designed to help clients enhance existing skills and learn new ones in areas such as communication, networking, and even time management.

OUR PROGRAM IS EXECUTED IN THREE PHASES:

PHASE ONE: EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT
The program begins with gathering information and evaluating various areas of the client. This phase includes:

1) Phone and personal meetings with the client to better understand their history, current status, self-perception, peer-perception and aspirations.
2) Gathering data and information about the client to gain a thorough understanding of the connection between their career progression and present situation.
3) Evaluating current performance and the client’s goals and desires concerning future performance from their perspective and those responsible for leading and mentoring them.
4) Continuously gathering feedback to monitor the client’s progress throughout the program.

PHASE TWO: ACTION PLAN
Phase Two lasts from three to six months. During this phase, we focus on actual business situations where we look for more effective techniques and potential changes of perception in the following areas:

  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Networking
  • Key Relationships
  • Presentation
  • Management
  • Battles vs. Wars
  • Perception vs. Reality
  • Politics

PHASE THREE: BLUEPRINT FOR THE FUTURE
By the time the client has completed Phase Two, we are ready to create a blueprint for the future that will include specific ongoing developmental strategies.

 The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) will be another tool provided by Wiederhold & Associates and administered by Joy Goldman.  The tool will be offered at three different levels of participation.  This tool has been used to improve relationships, better manage conflict, improve self-awareness, improve team effectiveness, understand motives behind behavior, communicate and work more effectively with stakeholders.

1)    Development Package:  (12 hours)    
a)    30 minute discussion with client and supervising manager as appropriate re: goals and description of tool and purpose
b)    Assessment preparation, delivery, support materials and printing
c)    Modified 360 from key stakeholders re: strengths and overdone strengths, and desired improvement (1-2 hours)
d)    Results delivery and development discussion (1 hour)
e)    Provisional development plan created with client (30 minutes)
f)    Discussion with client, supervising manager, and coach re: results and development plan (1 hour)
g)    3 month coaching for application and reinforcement (6 hours)
h)    Meeting with client and supervising manager to discuss progress and future needs (1 hour)
 
2)    Foundation Package: (5 hours)
a)    30 minute discussion with client and supervising manager as appropriate re:  goals and description of tool and purpose
b)    Assessment preparation, delivery, support materials and printing
c)    Modified 360 from key stakeholders re: strengths and overdone strengths, and desired improvement (1-2 hours)
d)    Results delivery and discussion (1 hour)
e)    Provisional development plan created with client (30 minutes)
f)    Discussion with client, supervising manager, and coach re:  results and development plan (1 hour)
 
3)    Self Awareness Package (2 hours)
a)    30 minute discussion with client and supervising manager as appropriate re: goals and description of tool and purpose
b)    Assessment preparation, delivery, support materials and printing
c)    Results delivery and discussion with initial development areas identified (90 minutes)
