CORPORATE TRANSITION PROGRAMThe Wiederhold & Associates Corporate Transition Program enables a sponsoring organization to outsource the management of impacted employees. FINDING THE BEST MATCHFollowing completion of the workshop, we engage in several initiatives to help individuals find the best match for their career.
We clearly believe in going the extra mile for our clients. We are told that we provide more support than other firms, and we believe this is necessary and appropriate. Our commitment is to exercise every professional resource. SECURING THE NEW JOBWhen the individual receives a job offer, we review the fit, provide cost-of-living data and salary survey information, and assist in negotiating the total compensation package. If the client accepts the position, we send an announcement letter to those individuals and search firms with whom the client networked during the search period. FEESWiederhold & Associates works with individuals who have been displaced for any reason and/or designated by the sponsoring organization to be entitled to outplacement/transition services. The normal and customary fees are in the range of 10-12% of the most recent base compensation of the outplaced individual. We believe that our work is not just about money, but about commitment to our clients and the healthcare industry. We have found that healthcare organizations care about their people and will do what is right. If your organization has a set policy on outplacement funds and length of time for that service, we will work within those guidelines; however, we will continue to stay with the individual until he or she has completed all phases, at no additional cost to our sponsor or client. We also continue to follow up with the individual throughout the first six months in their new position to be sure the transition continues smoothly. This “third phase” of our program is provided at no additional cost. |
